This PhD Thesis scrutinizes the centralized Social Housing Buildings stock of the Basque Country to diagnose the current energy situation and derive the real user consumption profiles. With this, a proper renovation deployment is performed analyzing a wide sample of Renovation Measures, considering the influence of the real consumption of the users on the renovation assessment.
